Re: linking to large unsorted para lists
This is one of FrameMaker's biggest annoyances, that there is no sorting order to the list of paragraphs when inserting a cross-reference. Meaning if you select Heading 1, all the Heading 1's are listed, but they are not in alphabetical order and they are not in the order that they appear in the document. For some reason they seem partially in order, but not completely. It would make things much faster if you had the option to sort alphabetically or by the order in the document.
