Lin...Well...they're talking and making progress. Some of our software 
packaging software needed to be upgraded, stuff like that. I'll know next week.

There's a trick to renaming one of the folders to get it to launch properly - 
c:\users\user_name\AppData\LocalLow\Adobe\Linguistics ?
