Re: [Framers] FrameMaker 2015 compatability with earlier versions
Yes, it's safer to find a machine that doesn't have any FM loaded on it to play around with trials. I do have FM 10 (not 11) installed on a laptop at home. But will installing cloud-based FM2015 "pollute" that and make my FM10 unusable afterwards? I remember seeing previous posts over the years of others who did trial upgrades but then decided no-thanks, only to find their original versions unusable. -- Ken On Wednesday, September 7, 2016 9:39 AM, Jeff Coatsworth <jeff.coatswo...@jonasclub.com> wrote: Ken - if you've got a spare machine at home (or kicking about the office), you could download the FM2015 trial & test for yourself ;>) From: Framers <framers-bounces+jeff.coatsworth=jonasclub@lists.frameusers.com<mailto:jonasclub@lists.frameusers.com>> on behalf of Ken Poshedly <poshe...@bellsouth.net<mailto:poshe...@bellsouth.net>> Sent: September-07-16 9:35 AM To: Rick Quatro; 'Framers List' Subject: Re: [Framers] FrameMaker 2015 compatability with earlier versions To all, Could someone on this list who already uses FM2015 email me privately so we could set up a short test?
