Thanks for putting me on the track. It turned out that a previous FM installation on a computer that had a blue screen error had not been deactivated. After having done so, the update worked smoothly. Forgot to add that I am using Windows 7 x 32. I did the update via remote control of desktop, if that makes a difference?
