If memory serves Jacob Pander (who directed the operation) made a film about bridges in Portland. Not sure of the titles. If nobody has mentioned it theres Warhol's Empire. William Raban has made numerous movies about London, Thames Barrier is especially worth watching. I believe it's available via BFI.
