This problem observed also on skype 2.1.0.81. I think this problem is result of loose packets (poor connection). I had problems with microphone on 2.0.1,82 when call to the new skype clients (windows and mac). Interestingly, I see the same problem with skype-2.1.0.81_1 calls on one laptop with this card: hdacc1: Realtek ALC268 HDA CODEC at cad 3 on hdac0 hdaa0: Realtek ALC268 Audio Function Group at nid 1 on hdacc1 pcm0: Realtek ALC268 (Analog) at nid 20 and 24 on hdaa0 pcm1: Realtek ALC268 (Analog) at nid 21 and 25 on hdaa0 It works on all other computers I use. It seems like some driver issue, not a skype issue.
