Maildrop filtering issues

2008-01-24 Thread Dantavious
Hi all,
I have a working Postfix Mailserver with maildrop installed. This mailserver
is setup for virtual accounts. I would like to filter incoming mail using
maildrop at the server. I followed all the docs that I could find out on the
net concerning this setup. What I have done so far is.

Created a .mailfilter in the /home/vmail file that points to the .mailfilters
file.

 less .mailfilter
xfilter /usr/local/bin/spamc
# Check for user defined filter file
exception {
logfile $HOME/.maildrop.log
include $HOME/mailfilters/$LOGNAME

}

In my $HOME/mailfilters//$LOGNAME/ , I have a [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailfilter
file that looks like this.

if (/^From:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/)
{

exception {
  to $DEFAULT/.Comcast/
  }

}

All messages sent here does not go into the .Comcast folder but in my inbox. I
also do not get any entires in the maildrop.log that i setup. Does anyone
have this setup and working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kmail Problems after update

2007-07-13 Thread Dantavious
Hi.
It seems that after my update to kde 3.5.7, my kmail filters do not work. They
only work if I select each message and apply the filter manually. If I try to
do several at a time kmail crashes. Anyone else seeing this or know what I
can do to fix this.

 In theory you could just use the equivalent portmaster commands, but
 you'd want to use the new version, which you can find at
 http://dougbarton.us/portmaster. There are a couple new features, like
 -R, --force-config, and -x that you might want to read the 'portmaster

 I'll have something more specific after I've more thoroughly tested
 the new version, and have had a chance to test the upgrade myself.

gettext upgrade problems

2007-03-25 Thread Dantavious
Hi,
As a result of the upgrade to gettext-0.16.1, I am rebuilding ports on a
desktop machine. I received an error with the port OpenEXR after hours of
rebuilding the ports. My first question is what caused the OpenEXR port to
fail and most importantly do I have to restart building all the ports over
because of this failure. Initial portmaster command was

portmaster -Gv -B -u -d -r gettext

Any help would be very much appreciated.
