A strange crash.

how to reproduce:

* start new game
* enter editing mode
* select global observer as player
* middle click on a square without any unit -- the tile property  window
opens
* close the tile property window
* leave game
* start a new game

crash:

Follow-up Comment #1:

For stuff we want to ship with mainline Freeciv the license must be GNU GPL.
Images from the Public Domain may be redistributed under the GNU GPL so
they're fine. GNU GFDL and cc-by etc. however are not 1:1 compatible with the
GNU GPL which complicates things a lot.

In the past, I have contacted Wikimedia users directly (e.g. on their talk
pages) asking them to dual license particular images for this purpose. Just
explain what the GNU GPL and Freeciv are. The responses have been generally
positive in my experience. :)

Details:

The client gets stuck with an insensitive end turn button when clicking it as
your player is set to AI mode.

Steps to reproduce:
1)Attach yourself to a player
2)Turn on AI mode for your player
3)Hit the end turn button

At step 3 the end turn button is insensitive but the turn doesn't end. You
have to attach to another human player and end the turn there to restore
sanity in your client.

I think a solution would be to make the end turn button always insensitive
when your player is in AI mode.

After checking the archives of the svn repository: this error message appears
to be wrong.  It had been added for PR#40441 (r15160, r15161), but doesn't
look to work in the direction of the initial code from PR#14652 (r11374). 
The attached fixes remove the error message.
