Details:


has some issues.

Esc-Enter switches forth and back, but Esc also closes the foremost report
window, if hold a bit longer (except map and chat windows which are
permanent).

No switching is possible in the start screen and in the pregame window.

Maybe a command line option to override the fullscreen option in the rc file
can help.

Details:

Added option to crop_sprite() to scale sprite with smooth scaling.
Scaling isometric terrain and fog is set not to smooth,
rest sprites will be scaled with bilinear algorithm.
Noniso tileset will scale everything with bilinear algorithm.
