 I like this addition at some version: classic/effects.ruleset has
now effect_trade_routes_base, effect_trade_routes_magnetism,
effect_trade_routes_corporation
* aloril_ thinks experimental should be same instead of just plain
effect_trade_routes
 (2, +1, +1 vs 4)
 as number of trade routes
