Evidently I'm not going to buy new hardware when I have a new ATI 200M, also my computer is a notebook. Sorry, I have only the English version (precisamente por esto Diego, porque los parches más modernos son publicados sólo en inglés). In MSND only is placed the WFG 3.11, Windows 3.11 and Windows 3.1 in some languages (included Spanish), but there isn't any patches or upgrades. Yesterday I was taken a look at Windows 3.1x DDK. Uff, though is old code it seems very complex, all in assembler. I could taken a look at code of the drivers included in Windows 3.1x like Video7 drivers, VGA, etc. It was very interesting, I hope somebody is interested on it and develops a VESA driver for Windows 3.xx (It's possible to download from eMule). By the way, apart from FreeDOS, what do other DOS operating systems continue beeing developed? 2005/11/3, Diego Rodriguez [EMAIL PROTECTED]: Yeah, Windows 16 bits SDK and DDK are availables, also Windows 3.1, Windows 3.11, WFG 3.11, Windows 3.2, Access 2.0, MS-DOS 6.2 and MS-DOS 6.22. Hi Robert, Sorry, but I really hate the stupid don't work reports. Man, give us more details! Ok, I think maybe is a problem of refresh with my TFT screen. When I select VESA driver i.e. 800x600 256 colors, WFW 3.11 load but the desktop isn't showed well (it appears moved and diffused, is the typical problem when you show a screen with a resolution not sopported or refresh rate not sopported). Are you sure that your graphics card is VESA VBE compatible? I think, it's an ATI 200M with 128 Mb of memory and DirectX 9 support. It should support VESA 3.0. That would require the Windows 3.1 DDK from Microsoft which was/is not free! Yesterday I downloaded it from the MSDN, also the SDK. Just for you I tried SVGAPTCH with WfW 3.11 (built-in SuperVGA support) and Win 3.1 (plus http://dl.winsite.com/files/197/ar2/win3/drivers/video/svga.exe) in Enhanced Mode and it works without problems on my ThinkPad 770 laptop. I'm going to try again next days. Do you have WFW 3.11 installed over FreeDOS? If you have it, how is necessary to load the Himem.sys in order to I can start Enhaced mode?
