I carefully read the whole tutorial but still did not find what I was looking for. I don't want to manually draw an ROI but rather use one of the existing labels (i.e. the middle orbitofrontal). Moreover, I don't wanto to extract mean ROI thickness and analyze it with SPSS or whatever, I simply want to compute my vertex to vertex difference map limiting the analysis to that region.
