We used to use "PC Maclan" from Miramar but it has been discontinued.
They recommend something called Network Magic Pro.

They're probably the only things set to share from the Windows side.  
Sort of like our Public > Drop Box.

I was trying to remember where you set things in Windows XP or other,  
so others can see them from others machines ... been too long ...

Well, there's far too little information here. How are the two devices  
networked? Are they on the same LAN or are you trying to connect via  
the Internet? Are you trying to connect the PC directly to the Mac via  
ethernet cable or through a home router such as a wireless or cable  
router?
