There was some discussion of proxies a while ago - and it looks like
people were able to get it to work, does this advice help any?

As for the install and test framework - I am pretty ignorant. I hope
someone with more knowledge will respond with some advice. In general
though - I personally generally encourage people to use the existing
tool sheds instead of setting up new ones. Its not always possible
though - I understand that.

When I run the test, it got stuck when installing the testing tool to the

I found out, that the temporary database is empty and doesn't include any
user.
So i think that could be the reason for the http 403 error?
