Clipboard means that the text gets automatically copied to your clipboard as you scroll to it. but to use that option, you need a clipboard monitor like clipreader which transmits the text through to your screenreader because it's in the clipboard. clipreader basically takes any text you have in the clipboard and reads it out loud. The translations are slow, but coming. Yukio himself isn't translating... there's a combination of people who speak Japanese aka me and one other person, then there's a lot of people who are using google translate to get messy translations which basically give the gist. As for stage 7-3... you need to blast the fish, and avoid the rocks. That's all I can tell you. Essentially you just keep pressing enter once you have the set up open. Twice, I think to be exact... and then follow the instructions hunter gave. Though if you have the latest setup it should already be in English. The game, that is.
