Re: [Audyssey] Top Speed Question
Ok. There are a few tips I can give you. The first tip is this: Memorize the track. Try to remember when you've got a left or right coming up and how much you'll have to turn. The Quick Start race puts you into the least maneuverable car. Motorcycles are even less maneuverable. Anyway, if you have the track memorized, you can stay on the wall towards the side of the turn. For example, if your next turn is to the right, stay to the right, near the right wall. Also, consider this. I know that a similar post was provided, but practicing this is a necessary. Also, you may not be able to take the turns at top speed. Slow down with your brakes then take the turn. You may not win the race, but you won't crash. Thanks Thomas, very good description. The hairpin turn got it's name because it resembles a laidies hairpin. It is very long, narrow, and the turns force the driver to turn nearly 180 degrees to get onto the other side of the track. I guess that is the best I can describe it. For clarification ask your mother, sister, or another laidy to show you a womans hairpin to feel and you will get an idea of how those tracks look or are shaped anyway. OK, we'll probably be going off-topic here, but how do I access it? I've installed FileZilla, but have never used it before. I type in the username and password, port number and address into filezilla, and choose quick connect. It then tells me connecting, I get a welcome message, and then it tells me it times out. Also, what do you mean by no passive mode, what setting is that, could that be the problem?
