Re: [Audyssey] redSpot and fighter jets question

2016-08-01 Thread Josh Kennedy
you use the q and e and shift q and e when you want to turn your body
and face a particular direction in preparation for fighting someone like
using up down left and right are ;good for walking. but when you want to
fight or aim weapons you have to use q and e or shift q and e for big or
little turns of your characters body. that way you can aim. you can hit
p to find out who is near you. hit t to go into a menu of players you
can track, once tracking, hit o to find out where they are then you can
maneuver into position to aim weapons at them. and when you hear a high
beep try ;and center that in your headphones or speakers then fire
weapon with control key. also left and right bracket move between
buffers so if you miss something then you can hit comma and period to
move through and re-read the buffer contents or shift comma shift period
to move to top or bottom of buffer.

Josh Thanks for the readme info. I already read that but still confused. Can
you tell me what the difference between using the Q and E for directions and
the up, down, left and right keys? If you press the up arrow it would seem
that you would be walking north and the down arrow south? Also, how do you
know when someone is getting ready to blow you away? I always seem to get
blown away out of the blew. Thanks for any help.

2016-08-01 Thread Josh Kennedy
press t to track players and o to find out where they are at. t brings
up a menu of options. here si the read me file.

welcome to redspot, how red can you make the ground!
This is a progect done mostly by Sam Tupy Productions, with a
considerable amount of help from mason armstrong (Ultrocity audio)
Note, this is a quick readme document, just to help someone get on there
feet. A hint, you can learn how to use more things in the change log,
but i'll leave mostly everything for you to figure out!
When you log in, go to the options menu and set your name, must not
include spaces.
Then, click play, and you will connect to the server! It's no fun if
your the only one there, so you gotta find someone who can connect with you!
Once your all connected, you can start killing with the following keys
and notes!

Use the arrows to walk,
Page up and down to climb where it is needed,
C to check coordinates,
F to check facing,
Q to turn 45 degrees to the left and E to turn 45 to the right, Hole in
shift with these keys to move left or right by degree.

number row selects weapons,
and control fires!
tab and shift+tab switch inventory items, enter uses the currently
selected item.

F1 tells you players online, and p tells you players near.
Hold in V, say something and release to voice chat.
T to select a player to track.
In the track menu, press F1 to copy the selected name to the clipboard.
once selected press O to see whare the currently tracked player is.
You can press slash, enter a message, then press enter to chat!
F2 tells you server uptime.
F3 pings, like in STW.
F4 reads the message of the day.
F5 lowers the sapi rate, while F6 increases.
F7 Toggles weather chats are read outloud or not, and F8 toggles online
and offline messages.

Some commands you can use when typing / before them.
/where playername: Tells you whare a player is.
/teamadd playername: Adds a player to your team.
/teamremove playername: Removes a player from your team.
/t message: Transmits to your team.
/teammembers: Tells you your team members if you have any.
/afk: Toggles AFK mode, so you don't have to risk doing something and
diing!
Thanks to my beta testers and all the support I got for making this
project possible!

Enjoy this little prototype!

first you get redspot from www.samtupy.com it is free. second, redspot
is a multiplayer online fighting game. you get weapons such as robots,
rocket launchers, grenades, fighter jets with their own weapons, and
much more. It is lots of fun, very adicting game. But I think that
survive the wild also by sam tupy also found at www.samtupy.com is a bit
more popular. it is also free but there are optional in game purchases
to make it more fun.
