Hi Louis. I'm afraid I'm having a miner trouble with the great escape. the initial window eopens, then an eddit window pops up asking me if I want a hard game, I choose the no button, then nothing seems to happen. Examining the program window with hal's virtual focus mode I get the following: the great escape Adjust display speed close There is an eddit area where I've tried typing, but nothing seems to happen, and a disabled eddit area below that. is this simply an output issue sinse I am not using Jaws or window eyes, or have I done something wrong? any advice would be appreciated. usually edit areas and window text is fully accessible with hal, especially through virtual focus use, and i've played things like interactive fiction this way. If it's just a compatibility issue, then i'll wait for the sapi port you mentioned. I have tried a few moves, but not completed the game, using JAWS9, and have had no difficulty as you describe. I also chose no when asked if I wanted a hard game. Hi Louis. Will this work for anything lower than Vista? And what kind of game is it? I think I've heard of it a long time ago but can't remember much about it. I'm still using Windows Me and jfw 4.0 so I can understand if it won't work on my system. I just thought I'd ask before I go download it only to find out it won't work for me.
