Well Jim. That may be true but that don't give them any reason for taking people money and don't give them any software. That is why I think that someone should find out who is the webmaster and tell that person what they have been doing. Then when the person takes their site down the games can then be free. If Bavisoft don't want people to pass out their games to other people who wants to check them out then they need to get on the ball with the program. I know that people have to work to live but they should do two things, one find someone to run the company or two close their company down, or three just have a download link on the site so when people order the games they could get a automatic key for the games through email like PCS and other companies do. -- Email services provided by the System Access Mobile Network. One of the top ten laws of business, and in a lot of states law. All states have laws for selling and there are also federal laws that have to be considered too. Just like in Ohio. Lots of stores have a no refund, but give exchange. Here in Ohio it states that you are aloud a total refund within 30 days of purchase. i have had many live up to that law including Walmart! Now when your dealing with other states. You go buy there state law and federal law. At 08:25 AM 1/21/2012, you wrote: Here is the thing that Bavisoft forgot, the customer is always right. If that were the case, then we should be made aware of it in order to keep their reputation and their customer's loyalty in case they begin producing games down the road. Re: [Audyssey] personal opinion of bavisoft
Hi Jim, That's always very possible. However, if that is the case all the Bavisoft developer/developers would have to do is send a message to the forum or Audyssey List saying we've now got a full time job and don't have the time to continue audio game development. That would be the end of the mystery and we'd know exactly where they stand. Justin from BSC Games sent a message to the BSC Games list and Audyssey stating he was now working 50 hours a week with a full time programming job and everyone understood. Dan sent a message to Audyssey stating that he was hired by a college to be a programmer and that he no longer had the time to put into DanZ Games. Liam let all of his customers know about his employment status as well. As long as someone lets the community know people are willing to understand. its the people like Bavisoft who go years without so much as a hello or goodbye that gets people upset. Hi Charles, Yes, PCS Games, BSC games and L-works have let us know what is going on and at least kept up with tech support and communicating with gamers. And of course Phil has taken up game programming and great web design. Hi Thomas and all. I can tell you that Jeff, the game developer at Bavisoft has a daughter, that needs a lot of care. so he is very busy taking care of his daughter. It would be different if they sent out a news letter saying what was happening with their future titles, or if they gave us a message that they can not continue for reason x. However, remaining silent, not answering their e-mails, not providing answers to support questions, and so on doesn't leave us to think much about their customer service. Hi, That would make sense, but why not tell the community. Why stall, not answer e-mails, and basically leave everyone in the dark? On 1/20/12, Sky Mundell s...@shaw.ca wrote: Hi Thomas and all.
