Oh - yeah. Lots of them!

1. You have someone that always tells you when you're wrong -even when you're not

2.Even though people pay you big bucks because you are smart - you have someone that is convinced that you are the village idiot.

3. When you're riding high and having a great time - you have someone thatcan bring you down, make you crash and burn, in seconds.

4. You have someone that starts fights with you - just to make you mad.

5. You have someone that can walk into a smooth running operation - and instantly screw it up.

6. You have someone that you can ask "where would you like to go", they say "I don't care - anywhere is fine" and then spend the rest of the night giving you crap about where you took them

7. You have someone that will make you late when you are on time and gives you crap when you are late

8. You have someone that gives you crap if you try to help them with directions and gives you crap if you shut up after they yell at you for helping them.

9. No matter how bad off you may feel or have it - you have someone to tell you how much worse they have it and how you should be feeling sorry for them instead

10. Someone that keeps moving the target for your relationship.

Yeah, that tat cracks me up. I guess he should have waited to see how it all worked out, eh? Seriously, though, the kid should go to Louisville. If he can’t be the premiere back at BC, there’s no way he’ll break into the rotation against our group. At Louisville, he’d be working with great coaches in a program where everyone is being looked at with fresh eyes. The competition in games is lighter, which would give him that much more chance of success if he does become a starter. If he’s looking for an NFL career, that’s his best shot.

Is a third Haden brother coming to Florida?
by Ben Volin

Josh Haden
Former Florida cornerback Joe Haden already has one brother taking his place on the Gators’ roster, as Jordan Haden, a safety, enrolled at UF this semester and is practicing with the Gators this spring.
But another Haden brother could be coming to Gainesville soon. Josh Haden, a running back and the second-oldest brother, left Boston College after a disappointing sophomore season and, according to a source close to the family, has narrowed his choices down to two schools — Florida and Louisville.
While one media report says Josh Haden to Florida is likely to happen — based on a quote from Joe Haden in this video on NFL.com, in which he says, “He’s transferring now, probably to Florida” — the source said a final decision has not yet been made.
Josh Haden was recruited by Florida in high school, but not as strongly as older brother Joe and younger brother Jordan. He had a promising freshman season at Boston College, rushing for 479 yards and a touchdown on 120 carries, but had a decreased role as a sophomore, carrying the ball just 58 times for 213 yards and a score.
Whichever school Josh Haden chooses, he will have to sit out the 2010 season.
If he comes to Florida, he will likely have to battle with Jeff Demps, Chris Rainey, Mike Gillislee and Mack Brown for carries in 2011, though it is possible Demps and/or Rainey could leave for the NFL after 2010.
Florida could also extend a scholarship offer to Josh Haden to get a leg up on the fourth Haden brother, Jonathan, a rising ninth grader who may be the best athlete in the family.
If Josh Haden chooses Louisville, the family will reunite with three of Joe Haden’s former coaches at Florida — Charlie Strong, now the head coach at UL, Vance Bedford, now the defensive coordinator and Joe Haden’s former position coach, and running backs coach Kenny Carter.
The only other issue for Josh Haden — what to do with that “BC” tattoo on his pectoral?

Note to Carl Moore - even I am not this stupid.

You have an excellent opportunity. Its spring ball, your backhas recovered, we lost three of our best pass catchers from last season. You have a chanceto go out and prove to the Gator Nation that you should be the man this year, and prove to the NFL that youare worthy.

Only 15 or 16 practices this spring to prove you are the man - and you decide not to come to practice?

Instead, you decide to act like a little kid and takeyour ball and go home?

Unbelievably stupid.

Gator wide receiver misses his second straight practice for 'personal business'

Aaron E. Daye/Staff photographer

Florida wide receiver Carl Moore leaps for a pass during spring football practice at the UF practice field on Friday, March 19, 2010.
By Robbie AndreuGainesville SUN Staff writer
Published: Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 7:47 a.m. Last Modified: Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 7:47 a.m.

Senior wide receiver Carl Moore’s future with the Florida football team is somewhat in question after he missed a second consecutive day of practice Wednesday.
Offensive coordinator and offensive line coach Steve Addazio said Moore is dealing with some personal issues.
“He’s just taking care of some personal business right now,” Addazio said.
When asked if Moore would be returning this spring, Addazio said, “I’m just telling you what I know right now is he’s working on some personal business right now. That’s all, that’s all.”
Moore missed last season with an injured back and redshirted.
Addazio said Moore’s back is not an issue.
“It’s more personal than anything else,” Addazio said of Moore’s absence.
Moore was visibly upset after Saturday’s scrimmage. He saw playing time, but was not a factor in the passing game. He then missed practice Monday and again on Wednesday.
Even without Moore not currently in the mix, Addazio said he’s been pleased with UF’s receivers group.
“I think (new wide receivers coach) Zach Azzanni has done a great job really molding that unit with a lot of unit pride,” Addazio said. “You’re starting to see that right now, with that unit making progress. It’s like he had to reset his foundation and build it back up again. I think he’s done a great job with that.
“We’ve got a bunch of guys (who are contributing).”
The top receivers this spring have been wideouts Deonte Thompson, Frankie Hammond Jr. and Omarius Hines, and tight ends Jordan Reed and Gerald Christian. Redshirt freshman wide receiver Andre Debose also is expected to be a major contributor in the fall. Debose is still recovering from hamstring surgery, but is expected to be 100 percent for the start of fall drills in August.
“He’s doing great,” Addazio said.
The Gators added a new player to the mix this week, with defensive tackle Earl Okine seeing practice time at tight end in UF’s I-formation package. It is a role offensive tackle Matt Patchan also could fill when he returns from a knee injury in the fall, Addazio said.
“We need to come up with a point (blocking) tight end for that,” Addazio said. “Patchan can do it. We’re working with Earl to give us that point tight end. If you’re going to run that package, you need that. That has to happen.
“I think Jordan Reed gives you that ability to have that movement guy right there like Aaron Hernandez was. If we can fit those pieces, we could have a strong attack.”
Addazio said Patchan figures to play a prominent role at offensive tackle next season and will not be a full-time tight end. Okine, however, could make a permanent move to offense.
Okine stayed after practice Wednesday to catch passes.
“It’s still a possibility (Okine becoming a full-time tight end), even though he’s doing really well on defense right now,” Addazio said. “He’s an athletic guy. He’s got a little punch to him (as a blocker). This cat right there is a match-up problem. He’s 6-7 or 6-8. Look at him.
“We won’t be majoring in throwing in the ball now. We’ll watch and see if he can take the (defensive) end and go ‘bam’ like that (as a blocker).”
Okine has made a favorable first impression on tight ends coach Brian White.
“As a point blocker, he’s really impressive,” White said. “There will be a role for Earl. That’s what spring ball is for, experimenting and creating roles for people. I was impressed with Earl.”

Gators can really motor at LB
by Robbie Andreu (Gainesville SUN)

Florida loses a ton of experience and leadership at linebacker with the departure of Brandon Spikes and Ryan Stamper. At the same time, the Gators appear to have significantly upgraded their speed at those three positions.
This linebacker group might be the fastest in the nation.
“It’s definitely a strength. Our guys run really well,” new linebackers coach D.J. Durkin said. “I’d throw them up there with just about anyone (in the nation). The thing we have to clean up is doing things right and being consistent with our footwork and technique, which we’re going to harp on a bunch.”
Florida’s linebackers have been all over the place this spring, speeding from sideline to sideline to make plays.
The fastest linebacker of all appears to be redshirt freshman Jelani Jenkins, a five-star recruit a year ago who missed last season due to injury.
“He’s a guy who is going to be on the field as much as possible,” Durkin said. “He has dynamic speed and is an explosive-type player that we need to get out there. He’s making a lot of plays and seeing things really well right now. He’s a guy we’re going to try and have on the field as much as possible.”
Jenkins is seeing practice time at all three linebacker positions. He’s not the only one. The Gators are triple-training many of the linebackers.
“We’re going to make sure we have the best three guys we can get out there,” Durkin said. “I think it’s been a plus because we’ve seen some things that were probably unexpected. Some guys are doing things well at (all three) positions. We’re trying to find the best three.”
One of the best might just turn out to be senior Lorenzo Edwards, a former five-star recruit whose biggest contribution in the past has been on special teams. Edwards, who is playing all three positions, appears to be having a breakout spring.
“Lorenzo has had a great spring. He’s really impressed us,” Durkin said. “He’s making a lot of plays and playing all three spots for us. He provides a lot for our team right now. I haven’t been here for every spring, but the coaches who have, they say it’s the best spring he’s had.”
The Gators have lots of speed and versatility at linebacker. Now, they’re in the process of looking for some leaders in the Spikes and Stamper mold.
“I think that will happen,” Durkin said. “You earn the right to be a vocal leader by the way you play on the field. You’ve got to earn that right. We’ve done well in scrimmages, but we’ll still have a long way to go. But I think we have some definite candidates who can eventually be there.”

LOL! While we're teaching him lethal skills, I'll volunteer for handgun
training and marksmanship. :)

that I wish that Urban Meyer spends his away time at an MMA (mixed
martial arts) training facility
and then comes back in the fall and puts sleeper holds on the Orlando
Slantinal sports writers, and
then throws their worthless bodies under the big linemen during a
scrimmage?

As a third-degree black belt who trains in and teaches MMA, I'd be
happy to do this free for my Gator Nation friends :)
