Hi,

cz PO files don't exist in the gimp-help-2 module.

If you want to start a new translation for your language, you have to
add "cz" to the gimp-help-2/configure.ac file, line 60.

Then, run ./autogen.sh --without-gimp ALL_LINGUAS="cz en" (you can add
other languages if you want).

Then make po-cz,

and you will get your PO files with all strings untranslated.

works only for html-en. anyway, i just learned how makefiles work and
how make processes them and fixed that, just waiting till it makes all
docs and then will make the patch and put it on bugzilla. i hope someone
will find some time to check if the fix is right and will push it to
repo :-)

hi,

anybody knows how to build the docs? i am able to build english version
of the docs, but that is all. make all fails for me. i filed a bug about
it: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=637505

well, i am talking only about english version of the documentation, for
example in czech (my language) we capitalize only first word in titles,
which is proly the same as in italian.

Please note that, as the main (and almost only) author of the italian
translation of the GIMP manual, I've always removed it (if found is an
error) as in italian is considered a bad habit and is not used at all
(pick any italian newspaper at random to see..).

i have here some english written books and i think all of them use
capitalization of headings ... but searching on net, people claim that
it depends on the purpose of the heading and the depth of it. when
looking at netbeans documentation, they use capitalization in headings
too. so it looks like capitalization is the preffered style, at least
where i looked. anyway, i think it's up to the docs team to specify this
rule for english documentation, and once done, i can adjust the
documentation to the rules when i find some time.
