The GTK+ file-chooser probably uses the icons from the hicolor theme. No idea if it should use windows system icons on Windows or if it would be better to include the icon theme in the installer. I'm still seeing the same Help-Internal browser problem: The GIMP help browser plug-in appears to be missing from your installation. You may instead use the web browser for reading the help pages. I thought that this was something required some tweak to the Windows build and was going to be fixed for 2.6.2. Did I misunderstand? Absolutely. The help-browser plug-in is not included in the installer and this is not likely going to change. Not until someone manages to build webkit on Windows.
