Comment:

 I don't think this will ever be a high priority for us, so I'm going to
 close the ticket. If it's important for someone else then we would accept
 a patch to implement it, though.

 I assume it is configure, rather than GHC, which uzytkownik expects to
 accept the flag. Our configure script's `--help` output claims:

   --srcdir=DIRfind the sources in DIR [configure dir or `..']
 }}}
 but I assume the build system currently ignores it.

 GHC does not accept --srcdir during building. (Yes - I know of error but
 it should be fixed).

 PS. Priority is probably lower then normal
 PPS. For question why - I try to integrate it with takeoffgw so I try to
 write cygbuild which uses separate build directory.
