Thank you David. Please see the attachment. It does every version since 4.9 regardless OS. Linux Mint, Windows 10 and 11. I am using Czech OS and CZK. Do you see similar behaviour or is it a bug? [GNC] different height of rows in account tree
Hello, since 4.9 there are different heights of rows in the account tree. Accounts with bigger amounts are taller than the others. You have it too or is it just me? It is annoying and I didn't find a way to turn it off. Can you please give me some advice? Just place your mouse on the description and start clicking. I believe after the third or fourth click it will adjust. Hi Murugan, I tried to install 4.904 on Windows 11 in VirtualBox. During installation I was asked twice two following questions: USE_UNALIGNED not set in env. Use unaligned loads and stores? yes/no [no] neither NO_ASM nor ZSTD_DISABLE_ASM set in env. Use assembly in ZSTD? yes/no [yes] Because I had no idea what that was I pressed enter. Installation ended with: * Run gnc-fq-check Can't open perl script "gnc-fq-check": No such file or directory There is no gnc-fq-check in C:\Program Files (x86)\gnucash\bin If I open Gnucash and click Help -> About I see F::Q is installed in version 1.54 (In version 4.903 installation of F::Q failed completely) When I run Get quotes I'll get correct FX rates for EUR and USD. I will not get prices update for securities (european and american stocks) as I have provider Yahoo as JSON and not Alphavantage. I cannot chose Alphavatage provider because all providers are grey. [GNC] Finance::Quote currency update not working on Windows 10
Hello, could anyone help me with finance::quote? F::Q seems to be working fine on stocks but doesn't update currencies. Error message is something like: Can't get update for CURRENCY:EUR. Continue with good prices? Yes/No. Same for USD. Home currency is CZK. I am getting error only on Windows. It even works if I set new security EURCZK=X on Yahoo as JSON. Same book opened on Ubuntu works fine. GnuCash 4.10 F::Q: 1.54 Windows 10 Standard installation using Windows installer.
