The war industry is profit based.  So we will always have these wars based on
false pretenses to feed the war profit machine. Plus Iran has a lot of oil. Too
bad we have not convinced people that peace is more profitable and to invest in
peace instead.

*Clearly Iran is being pushed to make that nation reckless. All these
tankers seized by Iran are in Iran’s territory. They are being sent in
order to provoke Iran and make the latter look like a culprit globally.
While Iran is in no position to take on the USA or even Britain,
nevertheless, the people of this ancient land have self-respect and
dignity; thus they shall surely defend themselves if necessary. What
happens next no one can predict since the USA has no consistent policy and
changes her approach at any given moment depending on the circumstances
then beneficial to her. They also like to kill other people and do not *
*tolerate** their own people being killed! It shall be extremely sad if
Iran gets hit since Iran is surely not at fault. Global politics is
extremely complicated and let us see how things emerge. Also the invisible
hand of the Jews is in this conflict. When the Jews do not like a person or
nations, the latter suddenly become arrogant, boastful, warmongers, stupid,
brutal, cultureless, etc. This is a known and a standard Jewish approach. *

Perhaps a Goan NGO should be hiring some private detectives to photograph and
follow Goa ministers going abroad on taxpayer dime, even for medical treatment.

The more importation question is what can India and Indians learn from Iran and
he Mid-East?
Some Indians claim that India would progress more rapidly if everyone was
Hindu.  The experiences of Mid-East proves the contrary.
It would appear there is more progress of the people and the country with
education of the masses.  Many in India think keeping the lower caste in
ignorance is just fine.

Unfortunately, the people of Iran have suffered under both, the Shah and since
1979, the Ayatollahs. They say
"The people get the Government they deserve".. I don't believe it is
realistically true. More so in this case.
Iranians are some of the nicest people around
The Shah was imposed on the Iranians by the West
Perhaps, when they supported the Mullahs, they did not know as to what they
were getting into. They have
all the resources to be rich and prosperous, but both the Shah and the
Ayatollahs have been using them to advance their agendas! Sad really
In general, all of the Middle East is a mess...

Wonder what Iran would look today if: The Shah was more sensitive to his
people?s needs than to western demands.
Savak was not let loose on political rebels and dissidents with torture and
killing behind the scenes.

The 2500th anniversary of Cyrus The Great was not celebrated in Persepolis a
city in the desert with royals and chiefs of States from 80 countries that cost
680 million in 1975 dollars.

--
GL responds:
If the 680 million was spent in the country, the money became part of the local
economy and the ripple effect made its way to the common folks.
That expenditure is better than spending the same on 2 F-10 jet fighters.

There was no utter contempt for the mullahs and the tradional way of life that
was a part of Iran for hundreds of years.
