It appears that you are trying to use Google Code as a file hosting service. This is not permitted. Accordingly, your projects have been removed and your account terminated. We've added some rate-limiting to try and contain people that are using our source control offering as a host for delivering malicious content, and you're getting caught by the rate-limiter, which has (correctly, it seems) noticed you're doing a lot of raw-file traffic. You might want to consider hosting your downloads on a service that's optimized more heavily for serving downloads, rather than from our source control system. Sorry for the trouble. Can I at least recover what was there. 403 Error (Missing required fields)
Latelly I'm receiving this message over and over again: Forbidden Your client does not have permission to get URL /upload/vncrepeater from this server. (Client IP address: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) Missing required fields From time to time it will allow me to upload a file to the downloads list but most of the time it will reject my upload with the message stated above. I'm having the same problem, with a 403 error whenever I try hg push (Mercurial + Google code)
I've been using Google Code for quite a while now for my Mercurial repository. I have been able to get it to work eventually. The problem was with the proxy settings within TortoiseSVN. I was able to get a copy of the PAC file and set it for the googlecode proxy.
