Lorina, I usually vote for Lands' End. I haven't swum laps in any of their suits, though. They have swimdresses. I like their tankinis. They go up to 26W, so it may or may not work for you. I haven't bought swimwear from them, but Land's end is usually very good quality. I believe they have some closeout priced swimwear right now.
