Absolutely. People are here on this list on a voluntary basis and they read it when they have time (I tend to lag a lot) and when they want. There's no promise of any quick feedback eventhough it usually works pretty well. So any request like above are totally inappropriate and will probably not be considered as well as you'd have hoped. However if don't know whom to ask for some professional support, it's totally adequate to ask this here, and some people will be willing to do it and even to help you fix your issue. That's the difference between "We're in trouble, do you know who could help us" and "We're in trouble, please help us". Willy

This doesn't get you the answers you are looking for any faster, quite the opposite in fact. If you need SLA covered-response times, I'm sure you can work out something with the guys at haproxy.com, but this is not that. As for your problem, I suggest you provide logs and wireshark traces. Re: HTTP 408/409 server too busy
What changes have you made from when this was working without issue? See the documentation on httpclose. It can be problematic https://cbonte.github.io/haproxy-dconv/configuration-1.5.html#4-option%20httpclose . What do you mean by "after letting the page sit idle?" Is there some kind of Ajax request happening? Or do you mean if the server is idle new requests get the error? On Mon, Apr 20, 2015 at 12:45 PM, RAKESH P B wrote: > Please help us.
