John,
Thank you. I do not do wireless at all. I remain prehistoric.
I will go look anyway... :)

Ben,
OK. I'm chicken! Have not done the 1-800 route yet.
Perhaps tomorrow. I'm just too stewed ATM the moment.
Gotten tired of the many Disconnect/Reconnect cycles
at the router.

OK. That is a nice report. But, can/could you pick up stuff from Eudora to
the

new "skin?"
Or, is there facility to do this? I was tremendously impressed with FF
just going in
and grabbing what it found 'necessary' from IE! Damn, it came up ready to
fully

Rock&Roll.! Really impressive; and, why I will now stay with FF.
Hell, I did need a new task to learn anyway.. :)

It looks (from the quick look I had after installing) that's basically
Thunderbird with a Eudora skin on it. Sort of cool.

I too went with an Apple Airport Extreme about a year ago and love it.
Seems to be much more stable than the procession of Netgear/D-link
routers that preceded it in my household.

The main reason I got it was for iChat - there were so many darn ports
to forward to get the audio and video working on my wife's Macbook
that it was just simpler to buy the Apple router and it's one click to
enable that service.
