Anders: What would you like to do about this situation? Is it possible 
to revert to the non monadcatchio interface with throwCGI and catchCGI? 
Or would you like to switch to the exceptions package which people are 
considering including in the platform?

from the package perspective also, +1 for continuing to use the haddock in
ghc.
