All, Looks like the problem was caused by OA19265. Still pretty fresh. I'm in the process of backing it off. IBM was also able to recreate the problem. You might want to turn on ISPF tracing and then look in the resulting log to see if anything erroneous is being picked up. New information to me is that the dataset substitution is still working. We have no ISPF exits.
