Chrome. Cntl+ zoom in Cntl- zoom out IE is just such a pain. I know it is usually the Windows guys forcing the standard... Ugh! Seems like there is a general move towards offering epub formats... Which should make reading easier regardless of OS or hardware. Anyone looking to use android phones or tablets for reading PDFs.. ezpdf is the best I have found. I will second Lizette's solution. I have ibm.com in my IE9 Compatibility Views Settings list and that seems to make it work much better on all of the ibm.com websites.
