I too think so ... *Sapindus emarginatus*.
The picture DSC_0607_leaf.jpg shows the characteristic emarginate leaves
(notched apices).
Raghu ji has listed *Sapindus emarginatus* as synonym of *Sapindus
trifoliatus*, The status of *S. emarginatus* as synonym of *S. trifoliatus *is
unclear.

Could it be
1) *ಮಾಡೆರಿ* ಬಳ್ಳಿ / *ಮಾಢೆರಿ* ಬಳ್ಳಿ / *ಮಾದೆರಿ* ಬಳ್ಳಿ / *ಮಾಧೆರಿ* ಬಳ್ಳಿ
there could be other permutation / combinations.
Knowing the valid spelling will help.

Name for *Reissantia indica* syn. of *Pristimera indica*
is based on name of
dodda maderi balli ... that is, larger loeseneriella, due to its close
resemblance with *Loeseneriella arnottiana* .
