Thanks Garg ji for pointing to the page in eFI site.
Earlier I got confused with the question mark at end of *Corydalis

Many thanks for pointing to the ID.

Forwarding again for Id confirmation or otherwise please.

 Some earlier relevant feedback:

*C meifolia may be *from Balkar ji.

*Corydalis filiformis* I would say. - Tabish

  Many thanks Tabish.
 Perhaps my ID at
 https://groups.google.com/d/msg/indiantreepix/QusKZ2G1Xnc/UInkHimL86YJ
 must be incorrect.
 Regards.
 Dinesh

  Yes Dinesh ji
*Only one of them has to be C. filiformis, and the earlier one (your
link) seems more probable because of longer spur, larger sepals and broader
leaflets.* The plant in this thread has much narrower leaflets,
 shorter spur and smaller sepals.

Flower was : fused corolla, tubular, pentamerous, bilabiate, violet

 2) Is it Elsholtzia strobilanthes???

I have attached one pic of plant collected by us and another similar
 pic collected from internet.
Please help with the identification of the plant.

Re: [efloraofindia:350246] Plant of Acanthaceae or Labiatae from Himachal Pradesh??

2020-05-12 Thread Debashish Dey
Dear All,
I e-mailed all pictures of the plant to Dr. YS Bedi, IIIM, Jammu where this
plant sample is deposited as Herbaria. He has confirmed the plant sample as
Strobilanthes auriculata. I collected this species in Jan, 2019 from Kangra
district. However, i couldnot find any plant growing in that region in
Jan-2020. It is possible that this plant is monocarpic and flowers after
many years as in case of Strobilanthes kunthiana in Nilgiri hills, Kerala
flowers after 12 years.
I thank all from E-floraindia in helping me with the identification.

I request you to pl. go through & point out mistakes, if any. I hope this
will aid in identifications in future. If anybody can send images of other
species of this genera (for incorporation in the website), if any, or can
identify unidentified images, it will be really nice.

2020-05-12 Thread Ashutosh Sharma
This can only be Identified as Polyporaceae member

As no clear underside images are present however a little section of
underside is visible showing possibly smaller pores so i suspect it can be
Microporus sp., but many polypore look much similar so a closeup view of
underside pores is must...

Best regards
