There appears to be two 38.8.0 versions, what is the difference between
38.8.0 GNU2 and 38.8.0 GNU1 please ?

Hi,

v38.8 was released in May but not announced on Savannah. Now I see two folders 
on the FTP, v38.8.0 (dated in May) and v38.8.0-gnu2 (dated June 24th). What are 
the differences between the two?
