[IRCA] TA carriers only Victoria, BC
It was better than last night, but this evening was still delivering just carriers. No TA carriers in Hawaii tonight -- But good signals from Tahiti 738 and Apia, Samoa on 540 from Kona. This evening is much better than last night.
