I am in week 4 of my semester, and have previously successfully opened 3 .pptx files without issue. However, upon trying to open this 4th .pptx (not all at the same time, just the fourth .pptx I have had to open over the last 4 weeks), Impress pulls up a "filter" list, from which I choose Microsoft PowerPoint, and it then gives me a "general error. general input/output error" is there any way to fix this?
