The BI Analyst will work with the project team to determine business
requirements, priorities, define key performance indicators (KPI), and
develop BI strategy. This includes working with business and development
teams to design, and build data visualizations, dashboards, alerts, and
reports. This individual is accountable for providing information
gathering, structured documentation and presentation of findings to all
levels of management.

*Essential Functions:*

   - Gather and document business requirements.
   - Design, develop, test and deploy visualizations, dashboards and
   reports in Cognos.
   - Create packages directly related to the Facilities reporting needs.
   - Assists with providing direction for the planning, designing, and
   execution of user efforts.
   - Works with the project team to design and implement solutions in
   alignment with the project schedule.
   - Provides input to the development of information quality metrics.
   - Designs and delivers end-user training and training materials.
   - Works with developers to make sure that all data solutions are
   consistent.
   - Assists with the construction and implementation of a Facilities
   operational data stores.
   - Adheres to data management standards, policies and procedures.



*Qualifications & Technical Skills:*

   - Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, other
   technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
   - Excellent client-facing communication skills.
   - 3-5 years of IT and Business Intelligence experience.
   - 4-6 years of experience working with IBM Cognos.
   - Experience with SAP and Facilities Management is a plus.
   - Significant knowledge of data modeling and understanding of different
   data structures and their benefits and limitations under particular use
   cases.
   - Excellent problem solving, design, debugging and testing skills.
   - Enjoy being challenged and to solve complex problems on a daily basis.
   - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
   - Ability to work in teams and collaborate with others to clarify
   requirements.

Our client is seeking a Senior Software QA Engineer to support various
external and internal facing products and applications including web
applications, web services and microservices testing. The ideal candidate
will have in-depth experience in Software QA processes, Implementing the
Test Automation and working in Agile teams for a monthly software releases.

*Responsibilities:*

·Work closely with the engineering team to understand product
architecture and functionality.

·Understand end-to-end testing requirements and maintain test plan for
functionality and system testing.

·Strongly contribute to Test Case/Test script writing.

·Contribute in Test Automation Development/Enhancement.

·Participate in the creation and enhancement of the continuous
integration platform used to test all our projects.

·Communicate test results to identify risks, dependencies and escalate
the same in timely manner.

·Lead / Mentor junior QA resources and work with Offshore Teams.

 *Qualifications:*

·Experience in QA/ QA Automation role in Product Company (prefer 5+
years experience, but open)

·Experience in .Net/Java/Python/Perl programming

·Strong understanding of generic test automation frameworks
(data-driven, key-word driven) and tools (TestNG, Eclipse, Maven, *Selenium*,
JMeter, Cucumber).

·Experience with Web application standards and API (Web services,
XML, *JSON,
HTTP/HTTPs*)

·Good understanding of JSP/Web Technologies/Web Architecture

·Strong knowledge of SaaS model / cloud delivered application testing

·Good understanding of Database concepts and good working knowledge
with SQL Server.

·Experience with Test and defect management tools

·Excellent analytical and program solving skills, excellent written and
oral communication, self-starter and highly motivated.

·Work in a dynamic environment and ability to adapt quickly to changes.

*Preferred:*

·Previous experience as developer or exposure to white box testing is
desirable.

·Experience in responsive design testing on multiple devices is an
advantage.

·Prior experience of working with a globally distributed team is a plus.

·Comfortable working in an agile environment and experience with Build
and Packaging tools like Jenkins, Team City, Git, Bamboo etc.
