• Meet with customers to gather and validate Business requirements and

ServiceNow development.
• Works directly with Engineers and Product Managers to review the intake

• Leading Scrum Ceremonies, including story creation, grooming, defect

• Status communications and reporting as needed.
• Assist with coordinating Sprint and Release cycles as needed using agile
methodologies.

•Perform engineering tasks related to design, install, configure
and manage IBM MQ/IBM Broker (ACE) / Kafka/RabbitMQ solutions in a

•Perform installation, monitoring, testing, configuration,

•1-3 years of experience onboarding, configurating, optimizing and
troubleshooting middleware application stacks: IBM MQ/ACE/Kafka/RabbitMQ.
•At least 1 year of experience using automation and configuration

•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative,
