Hi Lisa, I too, had this same problem about 3 years ago when I signed up with BMG Music. As David and Alma already said, it is the way the webpage was written. I haven't tried this, but I am wondering if custom labels can be applied here. Of course, in this particular case, once you've filled the form out, you won't have to do it again. The site is very Jaws friendly, and I have set a few place markers to navigate it more quickly. In most cases it's not really a jaws issue so far as that goes. It has to do with the authoring practices of the web designer who setup the page. I know it is frustrating but often enough that is our lot in life. The main thing is that you know the work around to employ.
