There sure is. It's called Jarte, and it is fully compatible with JAWS. It has a built-in spell checker and the ability to create and save templates, among other features. And its menus are straightforward and easy to navigate. I prefer it over MS Word 2007. Hi. Again I fail to follow instructions because this is what happens. Open email programme and alt h brings up virtual ribbon home tab. Cursoring down brings up Lower ribbon new submenu, Delete submenue, respond submenu, actions submenu, tools submenu, group submenu new submenu. It then starts again so what now? Mandy. Re: [JAWS-Users] Help With Display of Emails.
Hello Mandy; I'm not sure if you have the virtual ribbon on or off, However, I'll provide both steps, First to verify if you have the ribbon on or off, Do the following; 1, open windows live mail, 2, press insert+v=adjust jaws options, 3, now press the letter V, you will hear jaws announce, virtual ribbon on or off. If the virtual ribbon is on, 1, open WLM, 2, alt+v=view, You will hear jaws say, view tab, 3, now press, Down arrow you will hear; Lower ribbon, Group sub-menu, 4, down arrow again you will hear; View sub menu, Right arrow to open, Now you enter on, View button drop down, Now arrow and enter on columns, Here you can adjust the column order. Perhaps you should let us no whether virtual ribbon is on or off. I then could give you better instructions. -Original Message- From: jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Mandy Sent: Saturday, August 27, 2011 7:19 AM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Help With Display of Emails. Re: [JAWS-Users] Yahoo and JAWS
If you're talking Yahoo Mail, it is probably as accessible and bothersome as a web-based email account is. You can pay extra for Yahoo Pop so you can integrate it into your email program. But, before I paid them $20 a year, I'd just move everything over to Gmail or some oother service.
