[JAWS-Users] ATT: impossible website with jaws
I am really frustrated with the ATT website. My email is downloaded to Outlook just fine. The spam folder at ATT, however, is another story. I spent about a half hour trying to have 30 messages from the jaws users list marked as not spam. I finally gave up and had my husband mouse it. The only time I was hacked it was through the contacts at ATT so I really don't want to have anything in that contact list. There are checkboxes to mark specific emails. Every time I either spacebar or enter on the checkbox for a specific email, I get checked, not checked! It used to allow for control+a to mark all but, apparently, that's gone. The jaws cursor doesn't help as if I turn that on, I get nothing in the way of speech. Has anyone who has an email address through ATT like my SBCGlobal, figured out how to manage that website? I can't find a feedback or contact the webmaster and neither can my husband using the mouse. I can't send you a link as you wouldn't have a username and password. ARGH! Thanks if anyone has ideas.
