Re: [JAWS-Users] Jaws-Friendly version of Nero

2014-10-12 Thread Mike Boyd

As far as I know, there is not an accessible version anymore. As with most
software companies who attempt too keep with the market trends, everything
has changed to a graphical interface which is mostly inaccessible. This is
the way it is with most antivirus programs, and unfortunately multi media
softwares. There are some accessible ones out there, but Nero, Roxio, and
Cyberlink are gone from the accessible software list. I have not followed
your thread on this topic, so I do not know exactly what you are trying to
do with the software, but if you could explain a little, I could make some
recommendations for you.

2014-10-12 Thread Bob
If you disable it during install it will probably detect the same file as
soon as it comes back on and remove it anyway.
You will need to add the location the installation file is and the freedom
scientific program files directory to the avast excluded files.
See the following link for instructions.

Yes, more and more often while using Win7 64 bit and latest JAWS15.
Sometimes using links list helps, but often it does not. I also see more and
more links that JAWS does not recognize as links. Sometimes simulating mouse
