[JAWS-Users] Monitor size, resolution, and response time
Folks, for JAWS 12 through to 16 are there any optimal specifications to monitor size and resolution. If there is is there a difference in regards to response time pending on monitor size and resolution? Second, if one uses magic in conjunction with JAWS is the answer from above then different? [JAWS-Users] something very strange is happening when I do a select language
Friends...I hope I'm not the only onewhenever I do a select a language.I was selecting spanish spainsurprisingly enough..the voice of Spanish latin american came up. I even did a repair. Nothing changed. am I the only one who has this problem? or is this a bug? I'm using the latest update to jaws16. Hi Maria, I am not familiar with this specific software, but I suggest to try the merge utility. On the JAWS 16 try to merge the JAWS 15 settings. Just to be on the safe side, take a Windows checkpoint prior to using the merge utility, so if the computer is in a worse shape after the merge, you can restore the computer to the previous checkpoint. In 15 tabbing speaks Bible version, book, chapter, passage. Up and down arrows speaks previous book, next book, previous chapter, etc. In 16little is spoken with tab or arrows. I don't know how to better explain. If someone has the same program with the same problem, perhaps he/she can tell me how to let FS know of this issue between versions of JAWS.
