I have no idea what it is trying to install. It happens all the time I mean
this annoying message just keeps occuring.
So I say don't install but it pops up all the time.
how do I uninstall the driver if I install?
How do I know what driver it is

What are you trying to install? If it is a new printer, scanner, etc.
the driver may not be compatible with XP. You could either abort the
installation, or let it happen, and see if the device works. If it does
not, you could then uninstall the driver.
