Adobe Reader XI has worked well for me. There is an inherent problem with 
accessing PDF documents with JAWS, in that it just does not seem to want to 
read some of them. This is not so much a JAWS problem as I think it has to 
do with how the document was configured prior to converting it to the .PDF 
format.  This does not happen too often, and you should do OK using the two 
together.

Hi All,

I just installed adobe reader 11. Is there anything I need to change in the
preferences section to make it work correctly with jaws 14? I am running jaws 
14,
windows 7 home premium,, on a 64 bit machine. Thanks for your help. Jim

that unlabelled button is the Accept license button. Activate that, and 
you could continue. Tab around. the Q button is Quit. I is install.
