I'm using lync and jaws 16 at work and they work pretty good together. Sometimes I can't get to my contact list but my work around for that is to just type the person's name into the search field and it opens up a message to them. Interesting! We tried Jaws 16 and LYNC on multiple computers, and they all crashed. FS told us there was a problem with Jaws 16 and that they would repair it as soon as they could. The computers are state machines with blind employees like me using them. I'm using a windows 8.1 del laptop with jaws 16 and lync 2013 and it seems to be working fine thankfully. As for my excel working correctly that's another story.
