i would download the new version directly from the fs site and try installing it again. the first download file might be corrupted -Original Message- From: Vicki W. If it is 18.0.4350, you have the latest version and you are all set. If you have an earlier version, I suggest you call into support and have them work with you to figure out what is wrong. Hopefully they can get your install logs and see if we can track down what went wrong. Please look at your about box and see what version you are running at the moment. If it is 18.0.4350, you have the latest version and you are all set. If you have an earlier version, I suggest you call into support and have them work with you to figure out what is wrong.
