I was showing none for a long time after I renewed my sma, I was told to run the authorisation option from the help menu within jaws, this worked for me I am now showing 2. Hi The count of upgrades remaining in the JAWS About dialog is really telling you what's the latest version of JAWS you can run. So if you are running JAWS 14, and the latest version that is authorized is 15, the number of upgrades will be one. But if you then start JAWS 12, the number of upgrades available will be 3.
