With Outlook closed, though, you can go to your mail settings in Control Panel. Tell it you want to choose which profile to use, and hit OK. Now, when you re-open Outlook 2007, you can choose which mailbox you want to use. Why don't you try windows live mail 2012? With this client you can add as many as email accounts as you want. The most important thing that it is as simple as MS Outlook 2003.
